He's told the ending to the guys who do the show so worst case scenario we'll see their version of the end.

But well, at least there is a chance I get to see "their" version if something happens to GRRM.

If he knew enough about the ending to tell the show writers like anon said above, then he probably has enough notes that can either be ghostwritten as full novels or published just as they are by family or friends in the event of his death.
