Would you rather be a pokemon trainer or be a pokemon of your choice?

Being a trainer doesn't mean you're automatically good at being a trainer. How well do you handle and train existing animals? On the flip side, as a pokemon, you learn all the special abilities they naturally learn.

Is it cheating to say I would rather be a Pokémon, and choose Ditto, and then transform into a human and go be a trainer when I felt like it? :P

Ditto would always have the face that would give you away..

No, that was just the one Ditto in the anime. It had a problem with faces specifically. Most of them can apparently do faces fine.

My career of choice in the pokemon world would be researcher or nurse rather than trainer, so if those were off the table I'd rather be a pokemon.

Do I get to choose which Pokemon I am? Because I wouldn't want to take that option only to end up as, like, a shuckle, slowbro, durant, or something like that.

IDK, I think I'd rather be a slowbro than a zubat or rattata or something.

Well, if I was a zubat or rattata at least I'd have possibility of evolving! Crobat's awesome, and raticate is at least all right.

If I could chose which Pokémon then I would go for that and be an Eevee(and try to turn into an Espion).

A pokemon. Largely because (don't kill me for this) I am a sub through and through, and I would love to just be directed by someone else, and trust that they'd take care of me, and just do whatever they wanted.

Possibly this isn't a healthy thing to want, but... *shrugs*.
