Skinhead Metal is a thing. A bad thing, mind, but still a thing. To the point where there have even been secrets here about how anons have been horrified to find out their fave punk rockers are Nazis/WP/KKK/etc.

I...can't say I've heard that.

Admittedly, I actually have known punks [or people who claimed to be punks in any case] who were actually pretty racist, but individuals =/= the whole movement.

It's a pretty white scene in the West; that said, I've seen some impressive mohawks in Bangkok.

Don't know who says all punk is racist though, at least actively racist. The skinhead punks are over in one tiny corner with their oi shit, and I know they were picketed by other punks when they played gigs in my city.
