No, it's awful because it implies that the OP thinks less of a show because it has so many female characters than she would if it had a bunch of male characters. It's thinking like that that keeps shows like Orphan Black from being made in the first place.

Nah. Taste is taste. It's not my taste but I don't think you can get mad at someone because something just isn't to their taste. It's unfortunate the effects that it has but you can't argue about taste.
