really? Come on...Just because ass pisses you off doesn't mean you have to imply all of us are like that [or that we're all going to become drunks.]

That's what always sucks about these secrets/threads, it ends up being everyone pissing on people who don't drink, like we're all the same as the OP. Which is no better than what OP is saying, just the other side of the same coin.

Just wow. How is what I posted "doing the exact same thing back?" I posted a friggin' webcomic satirizing the straightedge-4-a-while stereotype. If I knew that was going to be SO OFFENSIVE... well I would've posted it anyway, because it wasn't meant to be some kind of personal attack ffs pick something better to start a fight over.

Why are you so angry that someone found something you posted offensive? Why not just say sorry, or "no offense meant" or something similar and let it drop? Instead you come in all pissed off and aggressive and insulting.

I think it's more when people brag about it/feel superior. Sort of like vegetarians or vegans with a moral superiority complex, who won't stop talking about it. Some straight edgers can be quite smug.

Only some? I don't drink, smoke or do drugs, but I'd never call myself a straightedger simply because I'm not a smug self-righteous jerk and I don't want people thinking of me that way.
