I've never met a kid who hated mustard

I've always hated mustard. Hated it as a kid, and still do.

I disagree that it's an acquired taste - at least for people I know, you either have always liked it, or always haven't

I was always a ketchup kind of kid.

Really? I couldn't (and still can't) stand it. Same with every other condiment except for ketchup, and even then I only like it in very specific circumstances. But then again, I've always been kind of a weirdo as far as taste preferences go, so I guess you have to take that information with a grain of salt.
