Some people do like the taste. It baffles me personally, but I believe them when they say they enjoy how it tastes. I just wish more people accorded those of us who don't enjoy it the same courtesy, instead of calling us immature or stupid for having different preferences about what we put in our mouths.

Thank you! I also was baffled how in this thread people who don't enjoy the taste where called immature and wrote things like "you just haven't tasted the right thing" or "your taste buds will mature". I'm over forty and my taste buds seems to be still "immature" regarding alcohol.
Acceptance goes both ways.
