I would, but that's because I have a huge kink for domination/humiliation/torture/stockholm syndrome type things. For me it pretty much does transcend gender. But I have found fandom as a whole (or at least fanfiction on kinkmemes or based around kink/smut) to be more male slash focused than het, so maybe less people would ship it if Theon was female.

I don't know, I find it odd to say I 'ship' these two. Their 'relationship' (especially when extrapolated to include sexual things, vaguely hinted at by Ramsey's intimate touching of Theon in the last episode of the last series) does 'hit all of my kinks', to use the cliche. But to me shipping implies something positive when nothing about any relationship the two have, sexual or not, is positive at all. Do I ship it like I ship Tyrion/older!Sansa, where I believe a relationship could be beneficial and loving? No, I don't. I think I just like messed up porn.
