wait what, circles? you're supposed to brush from the gum to the end of the teeth

the upper teeth, up to down, and the lower teeth, down to low

and then the tops of the molars in circles

waiiit is this why all those cartoons have people brushing their teeth like that?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean with "down to low" but I've always been taught that you're supposed to brush in circles, and that's all I've ever seen or heard of anywhere (other than that doing it in back and forth is bad).
