I'm pretty sure you can become lactose intolerant if you don't have enough exposure to it over a certain amount of time, and cheese has less lactose than whole milk. But whatever the case, if dairy is almost definitely linked to giving you the runs like clockwork, why in the world do you keep ingesting it?
