Above anon who rec'ed this (http://fandomsecrets.dreamwidth.org/836377.html?thread=668588569#cmt668588569) list agreeing. That's just a list of stuff I've seen personally and you added a whole bunch more.

I've never had a problem finding anime with good female characters whose role in the story wasn't just the love interest or fanservice fodder.
