He certainly made it more popular. Its a fad that I cannot wait to see die in a fire. Again. It was bad enough dealing with all this crappy shit in the 80s when I was growing up, I'm in no mood to sit through it all again now. Especially with all the new nerds gushing about how fresh and awesome it is. It is neither, it is the same stale shit from the 80s Dork Ages stirred by a new shit turner. I'm about ready for another Silver Age revival (frankly, I'd love a Golden Age revival, but we're never going to be that innocent and accepting again).
