I'm sure there's been plenty throughout the years, but the only one I can think of off the top of my head is fem!Hawke from Dragon Age 2. My dislike is entirely my fault, though. I played her as the nice/diplomatic option for my first playthrough of the game, and now she's forever linked with 'wishy washy' in my mind. I even tried to play as a blunt/forceful tomboy f!Hawke just to erase the connection but it didn't work. :/

I'm kinda feeling the same way about m!Hawke. I had a lot of exposure to the popular portrayal of him in the fandom as a loveable idiot before I started playing the game for myself, and now I just hate his stupid voice coming out of my character's face.
