Lift them up and measure under them, where your ribcage is. That's your band size. And when you try on the bra, bend over and stick our hands down inside the cup and drag your breats up and smoosh them around and tuck them into the cups. If they spill out, you need a bigger cup. If the band is so tight it hurts/sinks in/is pulling up in back, get the next band size up. Bra sizes are fucked and *wrong* and the bend-swoop is a good thing.
