I actually really liked Claire in Unwound Future, but I have to admit that a lot of it was in that moment of finally knowing where the title came from and how the line was delivered. Layton did seem pretty stiff/dry in regards to the romance, but I figured that was just his character or something (Unwound Future is in fact the only Professor Layton game I've played thus far).

How was the time travel plot messed up though? It seemed all right to me.
