At first I read your secret wrong and I thought you said that you hate the ship Scotty/Uhura and that you only ship it to get Uhura out of the way for your Kirk/Spock OTP. Which, I'm not going to lie, sounds like a far more interesting secret because that would imply you ship something you hate for something you love. So you are always actively irritating yourself. Although, why Uhura needs to be shipped with someone else in order to have Kirk/Spock is a weird mentality in itself.

Edit: Oh my gosh I read the secret wrong twice. ARG. Okay.

Yeah, uh, just going to go with what I said before with the added bit of, if you don't care about it why read fic of it? Like, if you don't care about the ship in any way other than the fact it doesn't conflict with Kirk/Spock why ship it at all? What's the point?
