Re: Piercings

I have my lobes done and two two helix rings in my right ear. I want to get second and maybe third lobe holes! :D I keep my hair really short, and I think having lots of stuff in my ears looks cool with that.

When my helix piercings were healing, I put distilled water and a little sea salt in a mug, microwaved it, dipped a paper towel in the hot water, and put it on my ear to sort of soak it. I'd do this twice a day. After about a week, I switched to cleaning them with unscented Dr. Bronner's soap in the shower and before bed. I dunno, it's what the aftercare sheet from the piercer suggested, and my piercings stayed happy and healed really well.
