I'm going to say no?

I mean, icicles probably could be used to stab someone (with enough thrust and a pointed tip), but they do not have a bladed edge. Plus, it would start melting. So all you'd get was wet pubic hair and a cross prostitute.

It would be hilarious in the context, though. I even find myself not minding it that much.
(in truth, I've always wanted a work of fiction that started in a perfectly normal way, went on and on and at some point turned into godawful crack. Such TV series, for instance, could turn out to be a brilliant piece of trolling)
