Do you have a cultural dish? Like I think mine would be a fry up or possibly fish as chips, so do you have any food like that which is considered a traditional Norwegian meal? And is it yummy?

Most of it is pretty good, it is hard finding one dish, because we have a lot of regional differences, but here is some of it, hope that answers your question? If not, ask again!

Lutefisk:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lutefisk

Pinnekjøtt:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinnekj%C3%B8tt)

Ribbe, kjøttboller og pølse:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pork_ribs (what I mean is: Christmas Ribs)

Fiskegrateng:

And no wiki link, it is fish and macaroni in white sauce, served with boiled potatoes and carrots (either fresh or boiled)

Also here is a link to Norwegian Christmas foods, which is usually when we eat our traditional Norwegian foods: http://www.visitnorway.com/en/What-to-do/Food-and-drink/Popular-Christmas-food-in-Norway/

midwestern USAian here, pointing out that in Wisconsin, lutefisk actually rates a line in their Employees' Right To Know law. In the section about disclosure of toxic substances.
