AU's that remove the characters completely from their canon situations, identities or even species (I don't mind so much if they're "What if?" stories forked from the canon plot or based on an AU that occurred in the canon.)

Also, mpreg, particularly if the small matter of men LACKING THE EQUIPMENT is completely ignored. I wouldn't necessarily mind reading one if it was well-written, involved characters I like and actually addressed this minor detail to my satisfaction, though.
