at least you're honest
the quasi totality of the Scotty/Uhura shippers ARE spirk fans that ship it only in the reboot where Spock loves her and not really in the final frontier where that thing sort of happened. I say "sort of happened" because people go on about how Spock/Uhura is bad for her character and yet they claim that Scotty/Uhura is so much better overlooking the fact that a Uhura in her 50s had been under the influence of Sybok and nothing really happened between Scotty and Uhura.
