In YOUR opinion. I personally find him rather hot and attractive myself and find Pine and Quinto TOO pretty. Karl Urban and Simon Peg hit my attractive points. So your point is moot since attractiveness is in the eye of the beholder.

I agree about Karl Urban (my top is Karl, Zach and John Cho) and I get what you mean about Chris being too pretty but I disagree about Simon Pegg being universally considered hot or handsome. He's certainty cute in his own way but I don't find it mean or crazy if people claim he's the least attractive of the group... especially to pair with someone like Zoe Saldana who currently is paired with a guy that is considered le sex by many.
and to be fair the character doesn't give me a lot of romantic or shippy vibes maybe because he doesn't seem to be interested about a romance (I'm talking about Scotty in both versions) sometimes you just don't feel it with some characters (though I'm surprised there aren't enough Kirk/Scotty shippers after the last movie...)

But then people say that Benedict Cucumberbatch (I have no idea if I spelled it right and I'm too lazy to google it) is very attractive and I don't get it though I really really love his voice and I wish he made the audiobook instead of Alice Eve.
