World Music

So about a week ago I bought Christopher Tin's album Calling All Dawns and fell in love. Then last night I went to a Rhythm of the Universe show in Boston and it was so amazing! I'm realizing that I really love world music, like just albums with music in all different languages, traditional stuff from all over the world, I don't even know! So f!s, what are your favorite international bands or albums?

Er... Silbermond. Because I understand it. :S I sort of feel like that doesn't technically count world music, since I'm not listening to music in languages I'm totally unfamiliar with. But then again, not being able to understand lyrics makes a song meaningless to me, since I consider the poetry of the thing important & I have no musical knowledge.

Don't worry if it counts as world music. World music is not really a logical, coherent category anyway, so it's all good.
