Because it was already getting wanky and trolly and very likely to lead to more wank and trolling!

(I also have this feeling both frozen threads were by the same anon looking to get responses of the same type as both use the same sweeping generalization tactics, but cannot use that as a legitimate reason because there is no proof of it. The listen reason above is enough, though!)

ETA: Reposting the same comment twice is not helping their (or perhaps your) case re: not being a troll!
