Palestinians are the most beautiful IMO. Until I met some I wouldn't have thought that, but they seem to universally have HUGE gorgeous eyes and ridiculously long eyelashes, and of course pretty faces.

I think Mordor really lucked out on the pretty. I know, to each their own, maybe warts will be the next fashion must-have, but... it's not my thing. But it's totally okay if you like their style!

Physically I like the Swedish. All those Viking areas are good actually.
Irish women are quite nice too.
In personality, I like the Canadians.
And I love the Russian / Slavic accents. And the French. And I can really appreciate a subtly southern american accent. not the full hillbilly, but a subtle one.

Ugliest?... Scotts, maybe? the deep-fried heroin does them no favours. The welsh too, mostly because of the accents. Never found eskimo's attractive, as far as I know.

or are you asking for an average?

Because the answer is your ~house~ has the ugliest people in the world and only ugly people, so I guess YOUR country. Antarctica has the prettiest people so I guess the entirety of the multiculturality of Antarctica is the prettiest.
