This is fandomsecrets, man. People freak out (or, at least, appear to freak out) over the most minute details of the most ultimately trivial things. And! They also tend to take secrets at face value, because at the end of the day, you just don't know -- and it's a lot more fun to err on the side of the extreme. You had to expect this type of reaction. You had to.
