Data, yes, and Castiel from Supernatural (actually Bobby, Sam and Dean all fall into this category sometimes too, along with a number of minor characters,) Spike in later Buffy seasons and Angel:TS, sometimes Jack Hodgins from Bones, Bull from Night Court if anyone remembers him, Boo from Monsters Inc., Miguel from The Road to El Dorado, Peter O'Toole's Don Quixote de La Mancha, and Marcus the zombie from Warm Bodies (yes, yes, I know, he's kind of a sexist pig, but I just can't help it, he makes me HAPPY!)
