I had a friend like that in high school. I was worried when they first got together because I'd known the guy (the bad partner) from a relationship with a friend in a totally different social group. Anyway, a year after they started dating my friend wanted to stop, but he cried and clung -- leaving bruises I might add -- and changed her mind every time. God was he a manipulative dick. It took two years for the break up to finally stick. /storytime

Keep being that awesomely vigilant friend, and encourage your friend to stick to their guns. And you to your camera! It's tough being that friend when they keep telling to stop worrying, but good on you for keeping at it.

This is the longest they've stayed apart so I'm hopeful! Will keep encouraging though ;___;
