Really? Really?

So someone has to sink money and time into something before they decide they don't want to play something?

The females don't look sexualized, but their anatomy bugs me so I know this is not a game I want to look at for hours.

well deciding you don't want to play it is one thing, but you should probably look into it (like, youtube) before trying to argue about where it stands on the sexism scale, just so you can speak on it with actual authority? because nobody is going to take you seriously when you're like "i know nothing about this game but it's terrible," especially if you're talking to people who have played the game and find it empowering/fun/whatever.

i expected bayonetta to be stupid as hell, and it was, but what the advertising doesn't show you is that bayonetta is smart and strong and out for herself, and that the game is carried entirely by its female characters. the "fanservice" was there but it really wasn't as big of a deal as people made it out to be, and wasn't at all serious.
