If there's any justice in the world, coffee-thrower will get sued to oblivion, get out of jail and miraculously land a great job, and then have her wages garnished to near-minimum for the rest of her life and deposited directly into her victim's bank account.

Seems unlikely given what kind of person she is, but who knows. There are plenty enough sociopaths in high finance, after all.
