Has anyone else ever noticed that things that are, lyk, SO unCOooOOL in middle school (11-13/14 y/o) get really cool again when you hit high school?
My star example: Blues Clues. I remember being in middle school thinking high schoolers were so friggin' weird to be walking around with BC backpacks. Then I hit high school. Even before I transferred from neighborhood to magnet, it was totally cool. It was practically street cred, in some groups.
Anyway, just because you grow and mature in life doesn't mean you have to give up the things you loved in childhood. They're great conversation starters, and you'll be reminiscing about them with others your age for years to come.

But when I hit my "adult" years, it's like a switch was flipped and I started to appreciate them again, seeing them in a new light and such.
