I still love Digimon. Especially Tai. He helped me through some difficult times. I feel like I grew up with him...

Not sure how much this means coming from a random anon on the Interwebs, but of you really care for those shows, you shouldn't give them up. When (or even if) it's time to let them go, you'll know it. That's what happened for a lot of my fandoms. In the meantime, who cares if you like shows aimed at younger kids?
I like how fiction means so many different things to so many different people. If these shows were a life raft for you and you still like them, then that's your experience. You shouldn't let age determine when/if you stop liking them.
