A nonny posted a link here to an interview (that I didn't bookmark when I read it) where Christopher Eccleston talked about it being toxic, and a horrible place to work. Maybe someone else can resurrect the link?

I read the interview, the only bit I remember was that he tried to stand up for junior staff who were being bullied, and what the other anon said about the toxic atmosphere.
