Without knowing your inner ear problem, I still want to say I feel your pain. I had labyrinthitis once, hence a few days of horrible vertigo, and it was a miserable experience. I'm lucky, though, that it cleared up after a few days. I hope your vertigo is manageable!

It is manageable normally. Planes are still pretty miserable, though.
