From BtVS: Willow and Vampire!Willow was the bestest. (Vampire!Xander, although we didn't see as much of him, also seemed awesomesauce.)

Data and Lore from Star Trek TNG. Go watch the episode "Brothers". It's like the most hilariously/creepily fucked-up family reunion in existence, with everyone being played by the same actor, to boot.

Elan and Nale from Order of the Stick. *hearts* Better than anything in any professionally-published fiction I've read, IMHO.
