wow really? I never paid much attention to him, I just assumed he had ALL the powers. I'm sure he's got something that'd be useful for robbing a bank though!

He can literally just fly through the wall of the bank, grab all the money, and be gone before anyone realized he was there.

Or heat-vision his way into a bank, grab all the money, and be gone before anyone realized he was there.

Really, though, bank robbery is some small-scale stuff for Superman. And it's not like he even really needs money, or wouldn't have legitimate ways to make it (I mean, seriously, how much money do you think Nike would pay to get a sponsorship on the Superman outfit? They would pay all the money)

I know not everybody is into comics but I assumed superman was enough of a public figure that folks knew he didn't turn invisible.

nope, I'm a Marvel girl through and through. All I know about Superman is that he's really fucking boring.

Be fair, back in the Silver Age he was pulling out new powers every issue. Easy to see why people might think he could.
