7. I'll never read all those books.

I tried, and they were all boring as hell. But then again, maybe fantasy is a genre that just can't grip me that well. I've always been a diehard animal fiction fan.

Then again, Skulduggery Pleasant is the only fantasy...ish...book I'd ever read again. :/

I like how everyone's spazzing over it. Yes, the OP is making a ridiculous argument, but you guys are kind of proving him/her right here.

Animal fiction? Hells yeah! ... the His Dark Materials series does have some cool animals though... talking armored bears! They're totally the best part of the books. =D
