Actually, one of the things that I like about Konan so far is that she doesn't have much of a personality (yet) - Kishimoto makes his female characters just so...over-the-top most of the time, seemingly completely disregarding that they're supposed to be KILLERS. All of her females are so stereotypically "girls" (like being giddy all the time about some guy, no matter how kickass they might otherwise be) that a cold, emotionless woman like Konan is really refreshing, at least to me. To tell the truth, to me she is the first woman in the series that really strikes me as a proper, honest-to-god ninja.

Er, my point being that "she has virtually no personality at all" is exactly why I like her so much.
