They're allowed for fan over and enjoy things the way they want and I enjoy it the way I want.

because you still haven't written anything that convinces me you can possibly be a fan of a series or a character when you've NEVER SEEN IT. It's not elitist. It makes no sense!

Makes sense to me. My friends fan over characters all the time that I hear their backstories, trials and tribulations long before I ever watch the series (and I willingly let them).
