The only reason I joined my small fandom was to see if I could become a Big Name Fan... And because I didn't think the existing Big Name Fan deserved it.

Years ago I would watch this show obsessively and loved every bit of it. It was the only non-anime thing I loved that wasn't Harry Potter.

About two years ago I started getting chronic chest and stomach pain, but I was too poor to go to the doctor often enough for them to figure out what exactly was wrong and the medication for Gastroesophageal reflux disease and ulcers don't seem to work. I've been so terrified that it might be cancer I can't watch the show anymore because seeing Wilson reminds me of my own health problems and fears. I'm sorry, Wilson, you were my favorite too. [crying sad emoticon]

Too long; didn't read: I used to be able to enjoy this show. I can't anymore and I miss it so much.

Dr. Wilson is the head of the Oncology Department of the hospital the show revolves around.

Britaboo = Portmanteau of British/Britain and weeaboo. Weeaboo is a derogatory term for a person obsessed with Japanese culture.

I know it's a good show and all... But I don't understand how everyone manages to look past the creepy fanservicey Opening. She's like twelve.

My brother's an amazing actor. I find Real Person Fic weird and disturbing. Why does fandom start pairing off the actors and not just their characters? It's the character(s) that attracted you in the first place, so why... Just whyyyyy? I'm worried that when these two worlds collide, I will run across creepy fan works about him.

Nothing can convince me that he loved Lily. Because there's no fucking way you join a genocidal terrorist group dedicated to torturing and murdering Muggleborns if you love a Muggleborn. The guy was not insane. He could put two and two together. He didn't give a shit about her feelings at school, he didn't give a shit about her feelings if her family should be murdered in front of her, and he sure as hell didn't give a shit about her feelings regarding him killing her friends and fellow Muggleborns. it's not romantic, it's sick.

But apparently this is practically blasphemy in this stupid fandom. I tried voicing this in a reasonable manner and got banned for character bashing. SNAPE'S WHOLE LIFE IS SNAPE BASHING FOR FUCK'S SAKE.

Several months ago I had a dream where I was Vanellope, dominating the fuck out of Eridan Ampora. I've never come harder in my life.
