Wow, That is one hell of a list. Allow me to post my corrections:

Henry Cavill as Clark Kent: If you must

Michael Fassbender as Bruce Wayne: Would be perfect in a stand alone batman film, but acting opposite Cavill's Clark, I think we need someone a little younger. I'm sticking with Urban.

Jaimie Alexander as Diana of Themyscira: Maybe. I was thinking more Megan Fox... Just kidding. Morena Baccarin was always my choice.

Alexander Skarsgard as Arthur Curry: Sure, why not. I mean who Cares?

Chris Pine as Barry Allen: WRONG. It's Neil Patrick Harris or no one.

Hailee Steinfeld as Stephanie Brown: If we can wait a couple of years, I was thinking Chloe Mortez. Ellen Page if we stared shooting tomorrow.

Jessica Chastain as Kate Kane: Maybe. I don't know her body of work, but based on that picture alone I'm not sure I'd buy her as badass enough. I was thinking Milla Jovovich(Sp?)

Bryan Cranston as Jim Gordon: I can see it, but I still love oldman as Gordon.

Emily Blunt as Selina Kyle: Same as above, I can see it, but Hathaway still has my vote.

Ryan Reynolds as Patrick O'Brian: No. Steve Carrel.

Eva Green as Dr. Pamela Isely: Interesting, but when I think of a red headed sex bomb, with skin pale enough that it could be given a slight green hue and not look weird, and who just oozes sexy confidence and occasional menace, it would always go to Christina Hendricks.

Kristen Bell as Dr. Harleen Quinzel: C'mon. Tara Strong. It HAS to be.

For the Joker, I've always liked John C McGinley.
