I think you actually missed the point of the chapter which contains the memories Snape gave to Harry. Which is a real shame because it adds so much dimension to his character and very nicely explains his actions and personality to a point where I think most (if not everyone) would be hard-pressed to *not* feel sympathy or sorrow for his life and situation, despite his poor decisions.

22. Oh God, I so agree with this comment!!!! Okay he loved someone but that doesn't make him a good or nice person!! He may have loved Lily and chose to defect because of her, but he still treated her son terribly, not only because he reminded him of James, his father, but also because he reminded him of Lily!! He only occassionally did nice things for Harry, but only so Harry could eventually kill the man who murdered his love!

30. Was I the only person who didn't?!?!?! Whenever people mention what they cried over in book 7, Dobby's death is virtually always mentioned!!!

I know. I know. I'm glad that Nobu sought other relationships after Hachi left though, and that it was handled in this very realistic way, it makes it feel even more empty and. ~____~ IT'S SAD BUT. BUT. sigh.

Personally, I don't mind if one character is like that, I'm cool, but when it gets to the point every character has the same facial expressions, even if it's different hair and body, it's just only one face you're doing all the time. [Usually the bodies aren't too different either from my knowledge.]

That's my issue with it, too. But then again I went to art school where they would literally throttle you if you had two people with too similar of faces or anatomy in a picture (unless it was intentional and making a statement). As an animu style, I understand if a character would be in Eroge, but to have every girl character looking like that is imo stupid. Just how I feel on all of the bishounen that look alike, too :I

#7, they're only the same fandom in name (though I know not much about either the game or the movie). Just like Genesis Sonic versus Dreamcast+ Sonic. Two totally different characters, just sharing the same name and similar image.
