I have! It is creepy. That's a good way of describing it. I can also see Guillermo del Toro having a hand in things.

Oh, yes. I see del Toro too. Especially the white room with red people coming up from the milk water "floor".

It also happens to be my favorite video because it is one of those rare, rare, super rare videos that you can debate the meaning over. What is the video about?

Personally, I think it's about serial killer who is about do another kill in the woods. He has a Red Riding Hood fetish. He sees himself as the Big Bad Wolf. His past victims haunt him. Those Red Riding Hoods running around in the forest? That was them. He even catches glimpses of how his victims look in the white room, when his idealize version of Red Riding Hood turns into actual an victim of his, from pretty and clean to hair butchered, dirty and missing an eye. Like I said, creepy.

Ooh, I like how you see it.

One of the ways I see it is: I think at the beginning and in flashbacks, it's guy's fantasy about killing the woman, the little red riding hood outfit is how he perceives her: innocent. The video is about her tempting him -- he's created his own hell. And in the end, it will lead to his own death/damnation.

I agree with you that there are so many ways to view this video and discern it's meaning.

I don't particularly like seeing him hurt too badly, like at the end of The Last King of Scotland, but DAMN THE BOY IS PRETTY WHEN HE CRIES. Holy crap. I could watch him cry all day.
