This man and manga are responsible for reducing me to gasping sobs of sorrow, pain and release. I have struggled with the idea of faith and God for years and losing one of the most loved people last year furthered my doubt and hatred. The idea that the person I love was met by this wonderful and fair man brings me more closure and comfort than anything in the world. To me, this is truly what God looks like now.

Secret because: Finding God from a Korean manga sounds incredibly ridiculous and a bit blasphemous.

His death really hit me more than I'd have expected. I watch Glee as a sort of guilty pleasure. I know it has problems but the songs make me happy. I never really liked Finn as a character. And I hate the Finchel ship.

But now all I can think about is that they won't get their happy ending in real life. And I'm thinking how horrible it will be for Lea if they address the issue in the show and she'll have to relive losing her boyfriend again. I'm not even sure I'll be able to watch my "happy show" without those thoughts again.

Spoilers for Despicable Me 2

As a fan of the first film, I was bothered by the sequel's implications that there was something wrong with Gru raising the kids by himself as a single father or that there 'needed' to be a mother in the family.

Spoilers for Ace Attorney

Once I prompted for X/Y fic, with X being 13 or younger. It got filled--yay!--but X was 15. Don't get me wrong, the fic was great, and I was pleased that it got filled... but I was kind of creeped out by how disappointed I was that X wasn't younger.

I've never considered myself a fan of Gackt. But I respect him for never letting anything get to him, and to keep on doing his thing despite the Japanese media's (and "fan's") constant attempts to bring him down. The rape rumors were absolutely disgusting, and it's gross that the media was reporting it and defaming him without a shred of proof.

I was sad for his family and those who knew him, but like any celebrity death, I didn't personally care. Until I went back to watching old episodes. I found myself crying and I'm not really sure why.
