I drove away a customer that hates me. She still comes, but on other people's shifts haha. I don't care. I hate her equally. She's a selfish, pushy self-centered old bitch that doesn't give a fuck about the fact that I have OTHER CUSTOMERS. She doesn't spend that much anyway 8|

Right now I like most of my customers but retail can suck the big one in general. Sorry but 'the customer is always right' is a load of bullshit because it makes many of them entitled to acting like asshats. It's funny when they can't handle it being thrown right back in their face though...

The worst thing atm is probably one of my co-workers. She's 48 going on 21 and likes to act like she knows everything when she's actually really, really clueless and even on her day off she's ALWAYS THERE and won't stop talking. She'll jump into convos halfway without being there for the first half, and generally try to be bossy until I tell her to shut the fuck up. (Which she does. I mean I'll snap at her and she'll say nothing for like three hours, to her credit). Fortunately she isn't working much because I think she drives my boss (who honestly prefers me) nuts too.

Oh man I wish I had your guts. I wanna tell some of them off so bad. I can get really sassy off-duty but I try to give ~good customer service~ and I die a little inside each time.
