Not really. I want to, but right now I'm just too much of a skeptic to buy into the idea fully. I do wish they were real so I could come back as one and fuck with people's heads forever. I wouldn't hurt anyone or destroy anything, I'd just rearrange stuff in their houses while they're at work or asleep, make strange, creepy noises at night while they're just about to fall asleep and occasionally goose them and their pets for funsies.

Don't believe in them. But they're great. I love good ghost stories. The whole concept is deeply interesting. But I don't see any evidence for them actually, you know, existing.

No, because ghosts can not exist, because souls do not exist. The state of being exists solely as a byproduct of our brains. Once they die, so do we. It would be nice if magical and religions were real, but until there is hard evidence, I can't believe in 'em.
