[Picture is a cruise ship with the name "Wittertainment" sailing on the water with stick figures on the hull that have pasted on cropped pictures of the faces of the English radio presenter Simon Mayo, the film critic Mark Kermode, the English actor and film director David Morrissey and the English actor Jason Isaacs; and there are pasted on cropped pictures of a crowd leaning out a side of the ship. Simon Mayo has short blond hair styled upwards, pale skin and is wearing eyeglasses. Mark Kermode is has short blond hair styled backwards, light pale skin and eyeglasses. David Morrissey has light skin, short and dark hair and Jason Isaacs has pale skin, short dark hair and blue eyes. They're all smiling.]

I wish there was a fandom for this. I would read fic of this.

Secret because: It would be Real Person Fic and I usually don't like that.

+1 and hello to Jason Isaacs!

I would also read fic but to be honest I'm satisfied with the radio show, Kermode books, twitter accounts (which can now be mentioned on the air) and numerous shoutouts to Jason Isaacs all over the world.

I do wish I could meet Kermode and hug him for a day just for his review of Mamma Mia, though.

For me it's the review of Sex in The City 2. That is legendary. Makes me laugh just to think about it.

Also I somehow feel like some stuff is missing from that good ship Wittertainment.

Werner Herzog & a sentient poster of The Exorcist, maybe?

Hah hah, not the OP but excellent point there anon.

OP
Fair enough! But it was hard enough getting Fairport Convention on board...
Werner Herzog's probably on the other side of the deck anyway, dodging bullets while the abyss looks back at him and goes 'blimey...'

OP it's my favourite thing every week. I listen to the podcast as soon as I can. I just love it. Can't imagine how fic would work except for RPF and that would be wrong somehow.

I think Mark especially has so much fun with teasing Simon about their relationship, and talks in his books about it, that it's almost like it's been dealt with already. As for Jason Isaacs, we know that he and Mark are school friends, I suppose people could "ship" them, but again it seems like it would be a bit redundant. They are all too open about real life already.
