An a comment above also said, Young Avengers is really gorgeous, fresh, clean art, by Jamie McKelvie. Another book that I can't live without.

NAYRT, but people have different tastes you know! I'm (mostly) liking the art in the new Young Avengers too, but Jim Cheung (who did a lot of drawing for the older Young Avengers titles) was amazing and will forever be missed. (Should probably see what he's up to now.)

That said, IDK what the OP's style is, so maybe they'll hate it too. Here's a few samples.

Anon from the first two comments in this thread here.

Just because you don't like YA or don't like the art on YA doesn't mean OP won't like it. I loved the title when Jim Cheung was drawing for it, too. But I also love McKelvie's style, and I love what Gillan is doing for the characters.

If OP is looking for a way into superhero comics, then who the HELL are you to tell them what to read/ignore?
