I say go for it for it anyway! I'm actually one of those awkward clumsy kids doing martial arts right now, haha (though I'm Asian). Balance and coordination really is something that comes with practice. I literally stumbled into the wall yesterday doing martial arts and I've been doing this for half a year now, so seriously, if it's something you enjoy and really want to do, screw what everyone else thinks of you. I'm sure you'll have fellow comrades starting out too. As for the video, I think you look fine (though I'm not sure if I'm the best person to judge).
