To my knowledge, she hasn't popped up or - outside of Terezi's guilt confessions - really been mentioned at all. I'd say if she doesn't come up between now and the end of the series, then yeah, she was probably murdered during the rampage.

Either that or she was one of the super tiny crowd sprites when alpha!Vriska and Meenah started to get into a fight... which I just went back and rewatched out of curiosity and didn't see her. So... yeah.
